Applying for Conceal Carry License

Requirements

  • Valid FOID Card
  • Valid Driver’s License or State Issued ID
  • Class Certificate
  • Recent photo of yourself with a plain background

 

Step 1

 

 

Start by going to the following website: https://www.ispfsb.com/ You will see a page that looks like this:

Click the Enter button in the CCL Box (Top Right)
Step 2 
You will need an Illinois State Police User ID (ISP ID) to apply for the conceal carry permit. An Illinois Digital ID is no longer valid!
If you recently applied for a FOID card, you likely already have an ISP ID. You cannot make more than one so it is important to remember the ID and Password.
